Years ago, 3 young Japanese men travelled from Japan to Tasmania and started this restaurant. Attracted by the peaceful life and inspired by the local ingredients, they brought authentic Japanese flavour from the other side of Oceania to the land we live. And this is how we got the name for this beautiful place.

Three Japanese serves a massive range of authentic Japanese dishes. We also have a variety of carefully selected local sparkling and wines, cocktails, Japanese whiskey, beers, and sakes that we have known well to suit our food.
